  Local Orders 

No Minimum For Local Orders

There is no minimum order for items to be picked up at our Hollywood location.  We schedule our sales and repair services by appointment only.  You may contact us during normal business hours to check item availability and to arrange a pick-up date and time.


 

  Shipped Items 

$25 Minimum Order For Shipped Items

We have a Minimum Order Requirement of $25.00 for all orders that need to be packaged and shipped.  We do not have automated on-site shipping services...all of our orders must be hand-packaged and hand-delivered to individual carriers. 

Most items under 3 pounds are sent via USPS Priority Mail.  All others will be shipped via UPS Ground Service unless other arrangements are requested.  We only ship with carriers that can provide a Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number.  You will be advised of necessary shipping charges.

 

  Payment 

LOCAL ORDERS
We accept Cash Payment Only for local orders.

USA SHIPPED ORDERS
We accept Mailed Payments for domestic shipped orders.

Please provide us with your correct shipping information.

Payments in $USD accepted by US Postal Money Order, Bank Money Order or Bank Cashiers Check.  You may send Cash Payment if you prefer, but we suggest sending any cash payment via USPS Priority Mail or other carrier that issues a Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number.

  • We are not set up to accept credit card payments.

  • We do not accept online payments at this time

  • We do not accept personal or other types of checks.

  • We do not accept purchase orders or other company
    issued drafts.

  • Any payment deemed unacceptable will be returned.

We will email you when your payment has arrived and ship the requested items within 24 hours, or the next business day. You will receive an email notice containing the date and method of shipment, approximate delivery date, Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number and carrier's internet tracking address for your order.  Please contact us if the shipment has not arrived by the approximate delivery date or within a reasonable period of time.


 

  International Orders 

Payment For International Orders Must Be Drawn In $US Dollars
Contact us to place an order and request our payment mailing address.
Please provide us with your correct shipping information.
We do not accept International Online Payments at this time. 

Payment in $USD is to be made by International Bank Money Order, Travelers Check or other payment that does not require additional deposit or clearing fees.

You may send $USD Cash Payment if you prefer, but we suggest sending any cash payment via EMS or other carrier that issues a Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number.

Your international payment will be submitted for deposit approval before your order is processed.  Commercial checks and money orders or other payment instruments that require additional deposit or clearing fees will not be deposited or accepted, and will be returned.  You may then choose an alternative payment method if you wish to complete your order.

  • We do not accept payments drawn in foreign currency.

  • We are not set up to accept international credit card payments.

Most order items weighing under 50 pounds can be shipped via US Postal Service or EMS. Larger items may be sent via United Parcel, FedEx or DHL World-Wide Services, but usually cost considerably more.  We will calculate and advise the best shipping methods and costs.

You may also request an alternative carrier if it is locally available to us. 

You may also make arrangements to have your authorized agent pick up your order at our Hollywood, CA location, after payment has been made.

You will receive an email notice containing the date and method of shipment, approximate delivery date, Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number and carrier's internet tracking address for your order.  Please contact us if the shipment has not arrived by the approximate delivery date or within a reasonable period of time.

Any fees or duties that may be required at the shipping destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

  Terms & Policies 

Many items found on this site are individual and unique, are stocked in limited quantities, and will not be restocked once sold.  We do not represent nor are we affiliated with any manufacturer of any item listed on this site.  We do not imply or offer any warranty or guarantee, or offer same as granted by the original manufacturer.  All items listed are offered "as is".

All Sales Are Final

By placing an order for a item listed on this site, you agree that you have read the item description and our Terms & Policies completely, and have verified that this item will apply to your intended use.  Please contact us with any questions before ordering.  We do not accept, exchange, credit or refund items that are mistakenly ordered or returned to us without approved authorization.  All Sales Are Final.

No Return Policy

We have a strict No Return Policy unless the item received is not the correct item that was ordered.  In the event you receive an incorrect order item, you must contact us within 48 hours for return authorization approval, and return the item within 10 days in unused and original condition.  Upon receipt, we will correct the order and resend the proper item at no additional cost.  In the event the original item ordered is no longer available, we will notify you and return a full refund for your original purchase price and shipping fees.

You will receive an email notice containing the date and method of shipment, approximate delivery date, Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number and carrier's internet tracking address for your order.  Please contact us if the shipment has not arrived by the approximate delivery date or within a reasonable period of time.

Orders that have been returned to us as "undeliverable" or "refused" are not considered a approved authorized return and will be held for re-shipping.  We will contact you if this has occurred to verify your shipping information.

Orders that have been returned to us as "undeliverable" or "refused" due to a mistake in our labeling process will be re-shipped at no extra charge.

Orders that have been properly sent to the shipping address provided, and then are returned to us as "undeliverable" or "refused" will not be re-shipped until we have received your corrected shipping information and additional re-shipping charges.

If your order has been properly sent to the shipping address provided and is then returned to us as "undeliverable" or "refused", you will receive a notice from us requesting the correct shipping information and applicable additional charges for re-shipping the order.  Requested corrected shipping information and re-shipping charges must be submitted to us within 30 days of our notice.

If you have not contacted us, responded to our notice and provided the corrected shipping information and applicable re-shipping charges within 30 days of our notice, thereafter, a $5 per day storage fee will be charged. 

Items which have been returned to us as "undeliverable" or "refused" and have not had applicable re-shipping and storage charges paid within 60 days of our original notice, will be considered "abandoned" and be sold to recover our storage costs without further notice.
